Suppliers represent good analyzer products but lack of system integration capabilities
HOW CAE solves these problems:
CAE's way to ensure that the client's analyzers are commissioned as per schedule and meets
his expectation is providing the missing vendor's support by :
a) Complimenting the vendor with all the necessary technical expertise in system integration by providing a complete Analyzer System Package to their client. By doing this, the vendor can provide with a comprehensive marketing alternative to their client in addition to just selling their products.
b) Engage CAE's Service Engineers to assist the analyzer commissioning stage. With our extensive experiences and knowledge on the vendor products, the deployed Service Engineers will have the edge on commissioning the analyzers without any further assistance required.
WHAT causes these problems?
The most common reason why these "Problems" happened could be due to:
a) The vendors themselves are lack of the necessary expertise in their products.
b) The vendor Principal does not give the full support to their local Sales Representative Office.
c) The vendor is not able to assist his client due to lack of manpower and/or lack of expertise in the particular analyzer.
d) The volume of the business is such that the product could be represented only by a "One Man Operation Company".
